  • You can book online anytime through our Book Now buttons on the website. Simply select your location (Arkansas or Minnesota), choose your service, and pick a time that works for you.

  • We currently work by appointment only to ensure each client receives the time and attention they deserve.

  • Please come with your hair clean, detangled, and product-free. This helps us get started right away and ensures the best results.

  • Timing depends on the style you choose:

    • Simple styles (cornrows, kids’ braids): 1–2 hours

    • Medium/large box braids, twists: 3–5 hours

    • Small or intricate styles: 6+ hours

    Your booking confirmation will include estimated timing.

  • Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward your final balance.

  • We accept cash, debit/credit card, and mobile payments.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made after this period may result in a loss of deposit.

  • Yes, hair is included for most styles. Please do call for availability.

    If a style requires special hair, we will let you know at the time of booking or upon booking confirmation.

  • Yes! Please do text and call first before booking for availability on this service.

    We provide braiding services for children, but please ensure your child is able to sit comfortably for the duration of the appointment.

  • With proper care, most braid styles last 4–8 weeks. We’ll provide aftercare tips to help you maintain your style as long as possible.

  • Yes, we offer touch-ups to refresh your braids and extend their longevity, only with the braids done by Braids by Grace. Check the booking page for “Touch-Up” options.

  • We currently have two locations:
